I've been designing B2C and B2B digital products in-house that make complex user tasks feel simple.

That's something that various colleagues of mine have expressed over the years – that they know when I get a project to work on, good results will be delivered.
It is with that confidence that I present myself as a reliable in-house Product Designer, who has worn many hats, including Product Owner and Product Lead along these years.
These hats have sharpened the way I look at products by balancing their user-centered, business-aligned, and engineering-viable aspects.
What I do best
Product Design encompasses a lot of activities, so out of the bunch, I'd cherry pick those I enjoy doing, and with that said, they never feel like a job.
UX and Architecture
The blueprint of the product via wireflows and database maps. The starting point to define how everything should work according to the greater business plan, previously understood and workshopped with stakeholders.
Design Ops
Styles, components, and organisms to give life to design systems, the building blocks for the UI. I ensure they are aligned to the chosen frontend framework and to WCAG standards. The systems are created with variables and tokens to ease the handoff to engineers.
UI cycle: Creation and testing
What users will interact with. Having the architecture and the design system in place, the UI construction is eased to create variants to then be tested with users.
Feature breakdowns
Either as a Designer or a Product Manager, I lead workshops for engineers to go through what the product should do, from its general aspect to the particular goals of each feature, to ensure the team knows what they're building.
Product specifications
This is more of a Product Manager activity, but I do find pleasant to write product specifications in Gherkin language for software and QA engineers. It's like signing off what's created, giving it a seal of truth and completion.
Reading and writing HTML/CSS
Although my professional training is ongoing, I am able to understand and generate outputs in HTML and CSS. A very example of this is this portfolio. I am also familiar with frontend frameworks like React and Aurelia.
